Refine Your Sadhana

Sadhana – personal practice – is a, if not THE, core concept in the Yogic tradition.
Consistent daily self-practice is what makes us embody the teachings, helps us evolve and it’s where we find our way back home. It’s at the heart of what and how we teach.
As yoga teachers and dedicated students in particular, we wanna have a good understanding of what practice means and how to approach it properly – so we can harness the benefits meant for our life and for our spiritual evolution.
In this lecture series we’ll dive into the foundations of how to find the right practice for us – which starts at looking at what we need.
We follow a systematic approach, taking into account basic Ayurvedic knowledge (Ayurveda is Yoga’s sister science) and energetic principles as taught in Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga.
We’ll then continue and look into the details on how to tailor practice to our lives, so we can fit it into our daily schedule in a realistic way without compromising its essence.
