If you’ve just moved into spring, it can be a wonderful way to gently cleanse and recharge your whole system. If you’ve just stepped into autumn, it can serve as a foundation and gentle boost to your immunity. Either way: Pancha Sahita is a powerful practice that can also help you heal specific parts of your body when applied systematically.

 

Join us for this next round I am offering from May 2 to June 15.

 

This time-tested breathing practice is designed to

—> purify & strengthen the physical body

—> help you get more lung capacity & oxygen intake

—> rejuvenate endocrine glands & connected organs

—> work on the whole body & specific organ systems

The practice is done over 45 consecutive days and works with 5 ratios of 9 days each.

 

The ratios target different parts of the physical body:

 

      1. ratio —> lungs
      2. ratio —> liver
      3. ratio —> digestive system
      4. ratio —> elimination system
      5.  ratio —> heart

 

It’s designed to give an overall rejuvenation to the physical body and once learned you can apply it to work specifically on one organ system as well.

 

In our guided Pancha Sahita practice from January to March, there will be 1 live session per ratio/every 9 days (5 in total) + a live closing session. The introduction will be recorded and sent out upfront so you know the details and can prepare. The live sessions will be recorded and available for download. This means that you will have guidance but practice on your own most of the 45 days. This is a commitment to yourself.

      • Sat 2. May, 7-8:15 am CET (1. ratio): on the first day the live session is a little longer as we’ll pair it with some Asana + 15 min time for any questions after the practice.
      • Mon 11. May, 6-6:30 am CET (2. ratio): breathing practice + room for questions
      • Wed 20. May, 6-6:30 am CET (3. ratio): breathing practice + room for questions
      • Fri 29. May, 6-6:30 am CET (4. ratio): breathing practice + room for questions
      • Sun 7. June, 7-7:30 am CET (5. ratio): breathing practice + room for questions
      • Mon 15. June, 6-6:30 pm CET: closing session for feedback & sharing your experience

    • This is a commitment to yourself: 45 consecutive days for your health, no pauses.
