Yantra Yoga is an ancient science that helps us understand the core energies moving within us and around us. In the same way that we can perceive those energies within us and through our personality, they can be felt in TIME – as qualities carried by the invisible currents that move us through our life times.

Time unfolds in cycles of 9 according to Yantra Yoga – and each cycle comes with its own unique core energy and characteristics.

On a time level this means that we can clearly tell if a day, a month or a year is made for action or rest; for powering-through or for relaxing and observing; for external adventures or for internal examination. 

When we know which cycle we are in, we can harness the energy of that given time, sync our actions and live in more alignment with the universal forces.

Again and again, people attest how accurate this science is: they see more clearly why things happened the way did. They understand why the last year might have felt so chaotic and intense. They learn how to be more in flow with time and pressure themselves less.

Our Yantra Calendars show you exactly where YOU are standing within the cycles of time.

They display your yearly energy for 2026, the different energies of the months as well as the daily energies.

We go beyond general descriptions of time cycles.

The yearly energy is interpreted in light of your Dharma Marga (dominant life energy) highlighting things to be mindful of and how your cycle year and Dharma Marga can strengthen each other. 

The monthly energies go beyond basic interpretations as well, showing you the unique flavour they come with in 2026.

With every calendar order, there is the option to book a 30-min session with me for the special price of 33€. Use this session to have me run you through the calendar & ask any Yantra questions!
