Refine Your Sadhana

Sadhana – personal practice – is a, if not THE, core concept in the Yogic tradition.

Consistent daily self-practice is what makes us embody the teachings, helps us evolve, and it’s where we find our way back home. It’s at the heart of what and how we teach.

As yoga teachers and dedicated students in particular, we wanna have a good understanding of what practice means and how to approach it properly – so we can harness the benefits meant for our lives and for our spiritual evolution.

In both the lecture series and in my mentoring we’ll dive into the foundations of how to find the right practice for you – which starts with looking at what you need.

We follow a systematic approach, taking into account basic Ayurvedic knowledge (Ayurveda is Yoga’s sister science) and energetic principles as taught in Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga.

We’ll then continue and look into the details on how to tailor practice to your life, so you can fit it into your daily schedule in a realistic way without compromising its essence.

Foundations of Sadhana – What makes a systematic practice?

Get familiar with the basic principles in a systematic way so you can find the practice that serves you best at this moment in life. We touch on basic Ayurvedic principles + Energetic principles (Vayus).

A must for every serious yoga teacher.

Lecture 2:

Tailor Practice to Your Life & How to Adapt in Tumultuous Times

We look at 5 core principles to align practice and daily life, core questions to consider, tricks for your Doshic constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) aka hack your mind + tips for starting out.

Make your practice super practical as in actually doable.

Lecture 3:

Align Your Sadhana with the Time Cycles (Yantra Yoga)

Refine Your Sadhana further by taking into account the time cycles, harnessing the energetic tailwind and opportunities for growth they hold. Strengthen a specific practice/quality or bring balance to an aspect of life that a given cycle is here for.

Includes practice examples for each time cycle.
