In this solo show I’m sharing my top 5 ways to calm down, create headspace and anchor myself in these turbulent times – because, honestly, over the past two weeks I’ve felt a space of uncertainty I’ve never felt before. And I’m sure a lot of you out there are feeling the same!

To me it’s essential to have tools and mindset strategies at hand that help me deal with what’s going on and that help me come back to my calm, give me solace and help me cultivate certainty within.
